Gay sex legalized in India:



The New Delhi High Court ruled that an existing state prohibiting homosexual acts was discriminatory and therefore a "violation of fundamental rights" accorded under the constitution.

BBC News:" Our stand has always been very clear. The church has no serious objection to decriminalising homosexuality between consenting adults, the church has never considered homosexuals as criminals."
